My stay at the hotel was great overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable, exceeding the value for money we paid. The location was super convenient to nearby amenities, but there was a slight smell of cigarette smoke in the rooms. My stay at the hotel was a mix of positive and negative experiences. The rooms were clean as expected, although I did have to visit the front desk for an alternative room. The location was excellent for my scheduled appointment at U of M, and the breakfast offered was typical of a standard hotel breakfast. However, there were some drawbacks like sticky spots on the carpet and stains on the couch in the room, and encountering rude staff members tainted my overall impression of the service.
